At Bossier Tennis Center, I excelled in customer service and operational efficiency, adeptly managing evening shifts alone. Demonstrating exceptional work ethic and empathy, I skillfully balanced rush-hour demands, ensuring smooth customer experiences and meticulous court maintenance. My proactive approach and ability to multitask reflect my commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Not only was I the cashier, I was also the only person that would work during the night. My shift would start at three pm and would end around nine pm. When I would get to the job I was expected to go outside and fill up all the ice chests, then I would go back to the desk and sit down and answer calls and help any costumer who walked in. We would have rushes around five pm were I would have to answer calls and help people book their tennis courts while also giving change and cashiering for the people who were already inside. At nine pm it would be time to start closing up, and I would have to take out all the trash, brush, and line on all 18 of the tennis courts. After this I would go inside clock out and head home.
