As a business analyst and product owner, my responsibilities include adopting a user-centric approach while identifying business requirements in close collaboration with subject matter experts. I am responsible for creating various documents, including proof of concept, proposals, and user manuals, to support the implementation process. I also coordinate with vendors for the development, testing, and security assessment of applications, and demonstrate, train, and provide support to users both during and after implementation. To monitor the effectiveness of the solutions, I use the data captured in the web application and perform data analysis and create dashboards to gain insights.
