30 Years 11 Months- Developed and implemented innovative lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Used daily learning targets to help students focus on standards.
- Facilitated engaging classroom activities to enhance student learning, participation and active listening.
- Utilized formative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies. I worked as an AIS reading interventionist using Diebels 8 , Branching Minds and Mclass. These assessments were used by the district to support students educational needs and services.
- Mentored new teachers, providing guidance on classroom management and instructional techniques.
- Led professional development workshops focused on best practices in education technology integration. My recent presentation was when working as the district's SEL liaison. I presented to the districts faculty and staff on a few occasions.
