
I have been with Farmers since June of 2000. I was hired as a temporary employee mailing policy contracts. Within 4 days, I was oferred a permanent position with Farmers. I spent 6 months mailing policy contracts and was sought out to work in Underwriting services.
In underwriting services, I did everything from ordering medical records, mailing out lab results, working with paper files by matching up medical exams as well as a plethora of other responsibilites that were handled in that department.
I was interested in Customer Service and applied into the Underwriting Call Center. I was challenged professionally and personally. I have maintaned relationships with agents nationwide who have aided me in my call center skills.
I am looking to learn new skills and feel that I have a personality that will help me learn by asking questions and hands on learning.
Answered calls and handled customer issues for agents trying to get policies issued and paid.
Received several compliments on professionalism from the field while assisting agents reach their goals
