Letters of Recommendation

To Whom it may concern:

My name is Dallas Bruderer and I have worked with Krystine for roughly six months at a men’s addiction facility. With that being said in my observation Krystine seemed to have a positive effect on the clients with a number of residence making statements that she was very easy to open up to, and to be vulnerable with her with past hurts and issues! She had a softer/ gentler approach than most people I’ve seen in her field, but that doesn’t mean that she’s not effective. I think she a has a genuine heart for people and what she does in her profession. I believe she is effective as a counselor.

Regards Dallas Bruderer

Re: Krystine Hoffman

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Krystine Hoffman regarding her internship with
Renaissance Ranch. I have worked with her for some time now and feel that I have a good
understanding of her character and can offer a positive reference.

Krystine has always been a smart, well mannered, and respectable woman. She has
demonstrated to me to be a person of integrity and commitment. She cares deeply for her
clients, and I’ve witnessed her support and challenge them on an acceptable ethical and
professional level. It isn’t uncommon to hear about Krystine going above and beyond to help a
client in need. She truly wants to see her clients succeed. Krystine’s skill of building rapport with
our clients and de-escalating negative behaviors has met my expectations. She has a natural
ability to find common ground with our clients and build a professional friendship. Krystine is a
proactive, dedicated employee who has a passion for what she does.
I believe that Krystine will become a competent and worthy Mental Health provider in the
community and support her in this endeavor.

Respectfully,

Justin McCoy
