I worked both morning and night shifts here. On night I was in charge of making sure the cases stayed filled throughout the evening as well as making backups for the next day. I also was in charged of deep cleaning and putting away shipment in the freezer. I took orders and helped in other departments when needed. On morning shift I complete orders, fill the cases, make backups and sometimes help on the other bakery side. I answer phone calls, take orders , order product when needed and put away shipment of all of our containers and icing.

I would open and close depending on the day. When opening, I would count the register and run to the bank if needed. I would also check the transfer ins and outs, check for online orders, check if there were sales that started that day, fill out the morning paperwork and double check the aisles to make sure everything was set for the day. On night shift I would count the registers and take the deposit. I would fill out all of the closing and sales reports as well as cleaning the aisles and back room to set the morning crew up for success. I also checked in shipment and made sure to get it out on the floor in a timely manner. I trained new employees and was in charge of returns, exchanges and any issues that came along during my shift.

I was a decorator and I also worked the front where I sold the product. Depending on the shift I worked that day, I was either helping out with orders or filling up the cases and making backup. I also answered phone calls, emails, took orders and did wedding consultations and also helped train the new employees.
