- I managed patients and where they went for the continuation of their care, or their transition home with home health.
- I set up and Medical equipment needed in the home for the patient to be successful.
- I also worked with the court system on any DHS/APS referrala that were made.
- I committed patients at the prosecuting attorneys office when the doctor deemed it necessary. I then followed up with it in the court room on the date of the hearing.
- Typical case load was 3 floors including the mother baby floor and NICU.
- I also did extensive computer work with documentation.
