Over the 24 years with my current employer I have seen many changes; as a vital member of the management team I always work diligently along side my staff to assure these changes are implemented, with little to no disruption to our day to day operations. I feel that demonstrating a strong work ethic to my support staff and their employees helps to create and maintain a happy and harmonious working environment, which results in a loyal, positive and productive team. We are all only as good as the team that works the front line day to day, it is a managers job to assure staff is properly prepared and supported for their daily duties.
