I manage a team of fourteen people currently. My job consists of leading meetings, approving/correcting weekly times, overseeing the night process, making sure we’re running effectively and smoothly, problem-solving, one on ones, submitting and handing out disciplinary actions, approving or denying PTO and scheduling.

• Devoted special emphasis to punctuality and worked to maintain outstanding attendance record, consistently arriving to work ready to start immediately.

• Cleaned restrooms, including urinals and toilets, sinks, counters and mirrors with sanitizing products to alleviate germs.
• Cleaned, vacuumed and dusted all areas of factory building to maintain organized, professional appearance for employees and clients.

• Processed POS transactions, including checks, cash and credit purchases or refunds.
• Counted cash in register drawer to balance register at beginning and end of shift.
• Worked closely with Management to solve problems and handle customer complaints.
• Operated cash register for cash, check and credit card transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Mentored new team members on registers, meeting customer needs, maximizing group performance and maintaining high satisfaction with customers.
• Kept drawers accurate, current and secure by checking bills for counterfeit markers, storing large bills and keeping adequate change.
