During my time at Garage Clothing, I gained hands-on experience in retail through a variety of roles, including sales, customer service, fitting room organization, packaging orders, and operating the cash registers. I consistently delivered excellent service by assisting customers, answering product questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. I also contributed to maintaining the store’s visual appearance by organizing merchandise, keeping fitting rooms tidy, and restocking items as needed. Additionally, I helped fulfill online and in-store pickup orders with accuracy and care. This role strengthened my communication and teamwork skills while giving me a strong understanding of how retail operations function on a daily basis.

During my time at Primark, I developed valuable retail experience by working in sales, operating cash registers, and maintaining organization in the fitting room. I assisted customers with product inquiries and purchases, helping to create a welcoming and efficient shopping environment. I also contributed to keeping the store neat and well-stocked, ensuring that merchandise was properly displayed and fitting rooms remained orderly.
