• I worked with 2 young adults with mental disabilities at their home, I helped them establish goals to develop personal and job-ready skills while also coaching them and helping them learn basic personal care and cleaning habits.

• In this position, I advocated for customers' concerns by implementing problem-solving skills to address service and customer service concerns by educating customers and earning their loyalty
• I also collaborated with other teams and work on the back end of the customer service process by auditing and managing accounts to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Offered support to new agents and their training process as a mentor.

• I am a certified professional parent working with a non-profit organization so we currently open the doors of our home to young men and women with special needs and provide full-time care for them.
