As the Digital Content Manger with Whitebridge Pet Brands, I am responsible for developing and managing the digital content for the business in order to support a healthy portfolio of all brands across our online platforms: Amazon, Chewy, Petsmart, Petco, Target, and Walmart. I am innovative, enthusiastic, and customer-focused with expert judgment and have creative problem-solving skills.

• Optimize Nestle Nutrition online presentation across multiple e-tailers (Amazon, CVS, HEB, Walgreens, ShopRite, Albertson's, BuyBuy Baby, etc.)
• Establish an aggressive online presence to drive up sales by uploading fresh content and creating exciting digital assets to ensure positive consumer experiences
• Reporting back to my individual client contacts at Nestle with detailed overviews of progress and upcoming tasks.

• Manage over 30 client relationships with a specific focus on their Amazon business
• Design and implement creative visual assets specifically for enhanced brand content on the Amazon selling platform, working closely with each vendor on maximizing client capabilities online
• Analyze and optimize client's internal and external product details to increase efficiencies within catalogs to drive up sales
• Address VOIDs in Amazon clients' portfolios as a way to showcase the opportunity for growth on the e-commerce selling platforms
• Proactively assisting with client chargebacks, shortages, PO issues, warehouse management and consistently updating and managing site content to ensure optimal online experiences for consumers
