• I performed the majority of daily food preparation duties, including attending to residents' needs, pastry making & baking.

• My daily tasks included co-managing a small, family-owned restaurant; i.e. signing off on shipments and legal paperwork, assisting the servers & bartenders during busy shifts, & maintaining customer retention and satisfaction.

• I worked exclusively with at-need families, coordinating funeral & cemetery services- as well as pre-arrangements for the same ceremonies.
