I delivered Amazon packages for a 3rd party delivery service partner (Omyal Express). I was tasked with loading packages into vans, delivering packages to various areas, coaching new drivers, making sure our drivers were fully prepared prior to departing for their route, navigating the amazon logistics portal to dispatch/manage our drivers and solve various problems that occur on a daily basis.

I conducted investigations on individuals based on specific client needs. This included establishing discreet surveillance positions, using various video recording devices to document any activities the claimant may perform, following the claimant wherever they may go to document their activities, developing any relevant information through neighborhood interviews, interviewing claimants and/or witnesses' to complete client provided questionnaires, locating claimants in order to get them in contact with their insurance carriers and/or lawyers regarding specific claims, thorough and detailed report writing, video editing & uploading, social media & internet searches, property searches, background checks, auto insurance searches, alive & well checks, recorded statements, scene photos, subpoena services, collaborating with lawyers & insurance adjusters and testifying under oath at depositions. I was required to drive my personal vehicle to various locations across PA, NJ, DE, MD, Washington DC & NY and occasionally flew to FL to complete my assignments.

Responsible for all initial and follow-up calls made to generated leads with the goal of establishing new accounts or winning a direct opportunity. Conducted sales transactions/appointments via telephone while maintaining 150 dials per day with 3.5 hours of phone time. Maintained accurate and up to date information in the CRM system.

Unloaded/loaded company trucks and air containers. Kept track of inventory coming off each load. Sorted packages based on destination.
