  • Direct mentorship of eight current GameStop District Managers. I provided support and insights during discussions and cross-travels to encourage growth and identify opportunities. I have guided the career of Lydia Gentner from a Store Manager role through the Group Store Manager role, and continue to do so with her current role of District Manager. I am also continuing the development of my current Group Store Manager Jamal Nickens.


  • 2021 achieved 29.5% PGM %, 28.8% sales growth and 18.1% power up rewards and 36.60% warranty attach. 2022 district is achieving 6 wins with highlights in 14.79% sales growth, 30.5% PGM%, 18.5% power up rewards and 38.80% warranty attach.
