Less than one year into my career, I took the 911 call reporting the largest mass murder in all of Georgia History. I spoke with several callers, including the family member who was later tried and convicted in the murders. Being a relative new-comer to the career, I was facing several difficulties during that phone call, including a CAD malfunction.
