• At Sally Beauty of Woodbury, Minnesota (Store 2678) I have a wonderful time interacting with my fellow coworkers and especially customers. As a very outgoing, energetic person I enjoy greeting customers with a smile, and building relationships by demonstrating knowledge of products and asking questions, as well as taking their own concerns into account. I have experience in answering the store phone and handling customer inquiries over the phone. In addition, I always encourage self-expression and identity in customers and coworkers alike. I also demonstrate responsibilities such as remaining punctual, opening and closing the store, assisting with shipment, back stock, counts, communication between employees, cash handling, and proper maintenance of hazardous waste. I also take pride in being trusted by my current management to handle deposits and bank runs in her absence. Other responsibilities I handle daily include hourly behavior charting, continuation of educating myself to broaden my understanding of different products and situations, store organization, cleaning, and assisting in training of new employees.

• As a staff member and animal handler at Animal Atlanta, I handled duties such as maintaining cleanliness of the establishment and the animal's enclosures. I also provided customer service and advice to pet owners looking for assistance. I handled animals such as rodents (rats, mice, rabbits, gerbils, hamsters etc.), reptiles (lizards, tortoises, snakes, frogs) avians, dogs, and cats.

• At Dunkin’ I handled opening and closing shift duties, prepared food items and beverages, handled cash and worked the drive-thru. I also maintained store cleanliness and sanitation of surfaces where food was prepared.

• At Atami Steak and Sushi I handled tasks such as minor food preparation, cash handling, customer service, serving food to dine in tables, and preparing to-go orders. I also participated in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and establishing communication between staff.
