• Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients
• Evaluating the data we receive through digital channels
• Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
• Train and update the sales team about the software
• Work with the product team on the product life cycle
• Provide supports and solution to the sales team during sales & investors demos

At Jobox i was responsible to build maintain and grow a clientele pipe line all over the united states with a focus on the east coast.

Listening to the user need and execute a solution with the product team.

Beside communicating with clientele and bringing on board new clients i was also in charge of training new users and give them a live support for their needs.
