Loan Servicing ACH Analyst – ACH S.M.E.

Manage Mortgage, HeLoan, Heloc, Consumer Loans & DNA Loans (ODLOC’S & CD Secured Loans)
Validation and authentication for all ACH files. Processes paperwork received from internal customers / business lines or units to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Completes routine ACH exception handling related to file processing, transaction posting, and adjustments.
Understands the ACH function by following procedures and receiving guidance and training.
Research basic issues to determine best course for resolution.
Manages a high volume of inbound /outbound customer transactions & files.
Provides customer support, responds to ACH inquiries and issues from customers and internal units.
Maintains positive relationships with customers.
Completes all required training and follows all department procedures.
Adheres to Federal regulations & industry rules, and job relevant Risk Management and Corporate standards.
Completes basic entries into general ledger related to paperwork and information processed.
Reconciles general ledger entries and researches more routine discrepancies to resolution.
Follows up with appropriate personnel to correct posting errors.
Assist Customer Service to inform customers on resolution and explanation of bank-initiated account activity ensuring superior customer service.
Oversees all ACH requests daily by fax and mail.
Review reporting and fix any loan issues.
Create Scripts to make job function easier to do.
Testing out of our P7 production on different scripts or letter before moving to production.
Engage with ICE on issues that need further research.
Assist in creating workbooks for jobs to be completed.
Create tran files for large volume of loans to save time which include EH1, EH3, EH5, EH7cc1 & EH7cc2.
Handle incoming and outgoing ACH acquisitions and mapping functions.
Create and update letters and forms to send to our customers
Run daily passports for the team as needed.
Incorporate multiple of data from excel files and bring them into one file.
Handle all training regarding ACH related items.
Own the process on all Employee & ACH discounts.
Utilize Tableau & Cognos for certain reporting data elements.
Work on Native American & Military Allotment ACH Loans.
