Managed 35+personnel in three different sections. Payment posting, patient accounts, and collections. I was responsible for hiring, reviews etc with personnel. I also handled calls with patients who needed management to take their calls. I worked closely with our payment posting department, our a/r was huge and I helped their department keep all postings current and up to date.

I was responsible for all calls for Dr Paul McDonough our spine surgeon. I worked the front office checking patients in and out when he was in office. I posted all his charges and payments including his surgery charges. I worked all insurance denials and collections for him.
