Summary

Over the past 20 years, I have become confident with my talents to call myself the Queen of all Trades. I am a self-motivated professional woman who is capable of becoming a product knowledge expert in less time than what companies expect. I am the manager companies send to turn a low performing store into a high performing store with my management skills. With every place I work at, I am able to increase profits while retaining the current employees there. I believe in leading by example and treating employees with respect, compassion, and encouragement. I believe this mindset can be achieved while holding employees accountable to all company standards. People will refer to myself as the Ray of Sunshine who leaves a legacy of top performers. Developing employees, coordinating events, and managing daily operations while maintaining legendary customer service standards is what I am known for. I enjoy being detailed orientated, market trend curious, and considered to be the most reliable employee a company will have. I am able to create a community wherever I go and build rapport with everyone I meet. I have a natural talent to make any stranger into a person that wants to buy into any brand I represent. I am the person who people gravitate towards in a crowd. I enjoy to multitask and I always look for how else I can challenge myself to reach the next level.
