My Achievements I have been able to excel at my responsibilities as a Team Lead and grow with our growing team. Our last regional chart showed we was top 20 for scan stage and dispense. I have learned from my Coaches about how to run my team to get to a higher goal. I have achieved the goals set before me and some Coaching duties as well.
