Accomplishments

Developed new tool to assist in safe transfer of perioperative care. This was my practicum project for BSN and was successful in developing a new transfer/hand off communication tool that was utilized in FF Thompson hospital.


I developed multiple education tools utilizing word/power point for presentation to onboarding staff as well as seasoned staff for retention and education at RRH homecare.
