In 2020, I was promoted to the Edison Mall Footaction in Fort Myers, Florida as an assistant manager, then in the beginning of 2021, I was then promoted to the Estero Champs Sports as assistant manager. The Assistant Manager position consists of:

• Managing opening and closing procedures
• Maintaining store visuals such as the shoe wall, the apparel walls, the apparel tables, and maintaining a backstock
• Receive and check in store shipments
• Networking and looking for potential future hires, as well as interviewing and leading an orientation
• Training new or current associates to help improve skills, exceed customers expectations, and achieve daily objectives.
• Responded to customer concerns which can significantly raise customer satisfaction ratings.
• Understanding profit and budget numbers that are important to the business

I first got hired at Champs Sports in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2018 as a part timer, then transferred to the Coconut Point Mall Estero Champs Sports as a part timer when I moved to Cape Coral, Florida. The part time positions consist of:

• Making sales while exceeding customers expectations
• Interacting and engaging with customers
• Folding and hanging incoming shipment
• Learning how to handle cash and making transactions at the cash register.

Interacted with young children, K-5th Grade, and provided them with safety and educational games. Responsibilities consisted of:

• Collaborating with other camp counselors to design fun and enriching learning activities for campers.
• Developing age-appropriate arts and crafts activities to encourage campers' artistic skills development and creative expression.
• Communicating with parents about campers' activities and reported concerns and suggestions to supervisor.
• Delivering first aid for accidents and injuries in compliance with established procedures to promote campers' well-being and health.
• Maintaining facility, equipment and vehicles to promote safe and secure environment for campers and staff.
• Keeping accurate records on participants' activity attendance, disciplinary actions and medication usage to improve camper documentation.
• Supervising pre-planned field trips and followed established safety guidelines to minimize campers' accident and injury risks.
