After having my own business for a year now I know and understand how crucial it is to get customers and build a relationship with them to understand where they are coming from. Then understanding what they need and letting them know the process and what the future could look like. I work with people all the time to and know how to act and to respond to comments or how they are feeling to make there time at my workplace better.
