Scheduling & Care Coordination: Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments for office visits, tests, and ancillary procedures.
* Referral Management: Tracking and processing incoming physician referrals to ensure proper care coordination.

* Flow Management: Monitoring patient wait times and coordinating with clinical staff to maintain an efficient patient flow through the facility.

* Collecting Payments: Calculating and collecting patient deductibles, co-pays, and past-balance payments at the time of service.
Financial Assistance:
Assisting uninsured or underinsured patients with financial assistance programs, or payment plan setups.

* Medical Record Updating patient files with all relevant clinical, insurance, and financial documentation.
