• I work for American Income/Globe Life explaining and setting up benefits offered to members of participating unions and associations. I also respond to requests from outside parties interested in policy and benefits information. Furthermore, I participated in professional development opportunities such as training sessions and conferences to stay informed on best practices within the life insurance industry.
• Since January of 2024 I have been working directly for Austin Sickler, a Master General agent for American Income. I am responsible for contacting, scheduling, and organizing his back office to establish strong relationships with families that rely on the protection that they receive from our associated policies benefits. This communication is done mostly on/through the Zoom platform.

• Utilized multiple tools necessary for carpentry and and masonry work. Hammers, saws, squares, levels, and fastening devices to complete projects.

I performed freelance work under the director of sales Colin Smith. Reached out to companies with an online presence to assist in BRM- business reputation management. Focusing on and organizing customer review sites e.g. Yelp and others to improve SEO- search engine optimization and company reputation. This was done remotely, on and off, and on my own schedule from 2014-2017.

• Contact past, present, and potential donors of political campaigns. Continued communication with existing donors to remind them of the impact of their past support; and describe the progressive possibilities with their continued support.

• I provided transparent information about how funds would be allocated within the organization. I used effective listening and communication skills to encourage donations and satisfy campaign goals.
