I was in charge of planning and running flag football games for young boys ages 11-12. I was also running specialized training clinics for the boys who take sports more seriously. As I counselor I was in charge of 12 young boys. Took the role of Big brother/Dad, Making sure they eat on time shower and teaching them valuable life skills they'll need when they are older.
