I have been a diver since 2018 as a sophomore in high school. I learned teamwork and was a part of a positive, healthy environment. After graduating from high school, I became a collegiate diver at Hope College. With much stamina, we practice 2 1/2 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. Our meet season starts in September and ends in February. A key tactic to keep me successful is time management.
