During my time at Hummingbird, I was responsible for welcoming and seating guests. It was also my responsibility to ensure that every visitor had the best experience possible. Doing so included resolving issues, arranging reservations, and answering questions. I was also responsible for taking reservations and to-go orders by phone, answering customer questions, and informing guests of accurate wait times.

At Portofino Grill, I am responsible for washing dishes, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the workspace for myself and others. While hosting, I welcome, seat, and water guests. I am to organize the arranged reservations while ensuring that servers are accounted for. I also maintain the cleanliness of the dining room.
