  • Within my second year and half with Sitel I was promoted to Operations Manager of my department
  • In this role I was in charge of three managers in the Knoxville office and four in our Vegas office where they watched over15 -20 agents
  • As the Ops Manager I would handle the budget for the Knoxville office and part of the Vegas office
  • Another part of the job was to maintain client KPI and that all coaches are coaching to these KPI while maintaining a outstanding relationship with the client
