Madalyn Freitas

I am a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a diverse background in both athletics and customer service. I have had the opportunity to play for two different college soccer programs, where I honed my teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills. As a high school soccer captain, I developed a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to lead by example, both on and off the field. My summers spent working on my grandparents’ farm provided me with valuable experience in manual labor, instilling a strong work ethic and an understanding of hard physical work. In addition to my athletic and labor experiences, I have a deep passion for criminal justice, which led me to actively participate in my high school’s criminal justice club. This interest has fueled my desire to pursue a career that involves both service and justice. My time at Texas Roadhouse has further shaped my ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where I developed excellent customer service skills and learned how to engage effectively with guests. Throughout my experiences, I have become known for my empathy and ability to connect with others, while also being strict in ensuring my responsibilities are always carried out with precision and efficiency. I am eager to apply my diverse skills, strong work ethic, and passion for service in any role that allows me to contribute to a dynamic team.
