I am experienced with being able to deal with customer care, and directing them professionally to where they need to go or what they need to do. Working as a front desk receptionist as taught me amazing social skills, and how to deal with different types of people. This has taught me problem solving skills which are needed in customer service jobs. I have experience in typing in medical information while a patient is speaking to me, if it's via phone or in person. I am an overall very dedicated person who will always go the extra mile to assist others.
