
I have gained leadership and confidence in my abilities to ensure customer and coworker satisfaction over my years of working in customer service. During my experience working with customers and many different coworkers, I have connected and worked with many different kinds of personalities. I know how to match the mood, demeanor, and energy of both my customers and my fellow workers, and I enjoy talking to those in my workplace. I always want to make sure that customers leave satisfied and happy with their experience, even if there are problems that need to be resolved. As well as that, I try my best to make sure that my coworkers feel supported, seen, and overall appreciated.
