- I began as a teacher assistant and moved up to be a 2 year old lead teacher. Guiding and teaching the little ones age appropriate activities, crafts, also giving snacks and lunches. I’ve worked with ages 16 months- 5 years.

I use these skills along with answering customer phone calls to provide great customer service. figuring out the best way to satisfy all customers. In May 2025 I promoted to barista trainer teaching new employees how to do the job to standard.I have successfully trained 3 new baristas.
