Working as a cashier helped me develop strong communication and responsibility skills. I learned how to interact with many different types of people in a respectful and patient way, even during busy or stressful moments. Being a cashier also taught me the importance of accuracy and attention to detail when handling money and completing transactions. I had to stay organized, work quickly, and make sure every customer left with a positive experience. This role strengthened my teamwork skills and showed me how small actions, like being friendly and helpful, can make a big difference in someone’s day.
