As a biller, I work to verify data and import data from images into a computer system. I am required to follow the basic correct guidelines to accurately bill, while also following individual customer requests and requirements, all while maintaining a high speed and accuracy.

As a barista, I was responsible for taking orders, handling money, making the product correctly, and doing so in a timely manner, while also keeping the environment clean. I maintained effective communication with customers to answer any questions they had. I always try my best to have a positive attitude with my customers, and to keep a good relationship between the customer and the company.

As a server, I maintained a positive and orderly work environment, keeping the area consistently clean. I resolved customer concerns effectively to maintain satisfaction. Another skill within this job was being able to maintain detailed knowledge of all menu options and products.

I am able to demonstrate strong listening abilities to ensure clear communication with a customer.
