
I have worked as a Customer Service Associate at Exela Technologies for over 20 years, and was known to have some of the best interactions with customers, who would write many positive reviews about the services that I was able to provide them. I work well with others, and enjoyed collaborating with my teammates to be able to achieve our company goals, and ensure the overall satisfaction of our customers, and so much more. Through being responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing mails of the company, I have become proficient in all office equipment necessary in ensuring that everything ran smoothly and efficiently for everyone.
I was responsible for many things including answering phone calls, sorting, monitoring, delivering, and keeping all forms of records of different incoming mails that were received by the company from customers and/or departments, as well as the outgoing mails that were sent out by the company.
