I have gained professionalism and extensive experience as a Restaurant Server at Valley Hi Country Club and Panda Express. I have excelled in high-volume dining settings by leveraging exceptional customer service. I've achieved notable sales increases through effective upselling and customer engagement. Proven track record in team collaboration and hospitality service expertise, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. My time volunteering in the hospital also allowed me an insight in high intense atmosphere and learning new ways on how to manage.

 I volunteered at Dignity Health Methodist Hospital in the Labor and Delivery department under a doula program. A doula provides guidance and support to the mother and newborn baby during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. Volunteering in the hospital for half a year I gained knowledge on hospital rules, regulations and procedures. I was able to provide my support to women in labor whether it was having conversation, medical massages, walking and physically being present. 

 Through my great customer service I have received opportunities of babysitting. I have babysat the youngest age of 1 years old to the oldest being 10 years old. I provide learning stimulation when doing activities such as going over colors, letters, numbers and object naming. My goal is to do more activities that drive away from being on devices such as painting, coloring, building, singing, dancing etc.
