Adept at fostering team motivation and customer satisfaction, my tenure at Walgreens Boots Alliance honed my problem-solving abilities and reliability. As an entrepreneur of Creative Care for Children, I excelled in multitasking and strong communication, consistently ensuring a safe and enriching environment. My approach significantly enhances operational efficiency and client trust.
This was my in home daycare center run by me in my home. I named it Creative Care for Children. I took care of infants to age 12 years old. My home daycare was registered with the state of Texas and it received yearly unannounced visits from the state for inspections, which always passed.
I created the paperwork that each family would fill out in order for their children to attend my daycare. It included names of children, birthdates, emergency contact information, vaccination records, health records indicating any allergies and any limitations the children may have that the parents wanted me to be aware of.
I made a monthly newsletter for the parents to read. It included the lessons the children would learn, the songs they will sing, the daily menu of breakfast, lunch and snacks. It would also include some crafts we were working on and a couple of recipes of the lunch items I would prepare for the children.
I provided a safe, healthy and clean environment for the children. I made sure they had safe, age appropriate toys that would be considered enrichment toys. I had a big fenced in yard with outside toys to keep them entertained.
I made a chart for the parents to view that would show them our schedule and how the day was spent with their child.
My day would start at 7:am and the last child would go home by 6:00 pm. It was a very demanding job, but very rewarding.
I am currently a certified pharmacy technician in the state of Texas. I also have certification from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. PTCB
