I was professionally raised under the Ruth's Chris Brand. I have been with this company for just about 18 years, which is basically half my life. I have a blue collared background that taught me hard work ethic, responsibility and most of all respect. I have a passion for doing things the right way, understanding that in my position there are many promises and responsibilities that i will have to fulfill/upkeep to those I work for and for those who work for me. I want to work alongside the best of the best, who truly care about what they do, who they do it for and why they do it. Because of this I pride myself in my development and training of my staff. I am knowledgeable of the RCSH policies and SMAC training documents. I am also quick and eager to learn.
I opened a brand new Senior Living Facility, started briefly as a server and after seeing my understanding of dining services and my initiative i was quickly promoted to Dining Services Manager overseeing the entire dining operation. I was responsible for a staff of over 40 servers and kitchen staff who served 3 meals a day to our residents along with setting up daily special events and functions. We worked under stringent Federal and State DOH regulations and were audited 3 times a year from each entity.
I worked for my friends dad during college while i was bussing/running at RCSH. We were wholesalers for flowers lei's, arrangements, paint supplies and power tools. I would setup my daily routes and invoice each store on my route. Deliver product safely and in a timely manner.
