Overnight Member Services Representative
2 Months- I handle members services and as well as maintenance throughout the facility. I spend most of my time handling member accounts, as well as touring and answering any questions they may have. I try my best to offer them the best possible gym experience and help throughout their fitness journeys. I also handle hourly walkthroughs and cleanliness of the gym. Every now and then I’ll be assigned a new hire to train.

1 Year 1 Month- I answer phone calls, check inventory, make announcements, greet the members, help them out with their lockers and make sure their experience is a good one. I’m also in charge of the locker rooms/Towel service also re racking and wiping down equipment.

5 Months- We handled returns, check outs, customer questions, problems regarding customer orders, morning and end of day audits, and we’re also in charge of Best Buy memberships and total techs.
