• Evaluate and determine eligibility for county programs such as TANF (cash assistance), SNAP (food assistance) and Medicaid by processing new applications, and redeterminations
• Provide customer service to the most vulnerable citizens of the county with respect and compassion
• Obtain records and enter data for applications in several programs such as Ohio Benefits (OB), Medicaid Information Technology System (MITS), Ohio’s Support Enforcement Tracking System (SETS), Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and Sharepoint
• Also work with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

• Greet customers as they walk in and help direct them when necessary
• Monitor all cameras and stay vigilant to eliminate any possibility of theft
