Started as a teen and worked my way up to General Manager. Responsible for leading quality shifts , managing about 30 employees plus 3 to 4 assistant managers. Made schedules for both cast and managers. Following all HR rules and standards while trying to be productive and effective at the same time keeping labor low. I was able to move my store to top 3 on profit and remained in the top while running the store.
