Fill in members prescriptions

Make recommendations based on their prescriptions on what lenses would best fit them

Do frame adjustments and repairs if needed

Provide excellent member service

Help members pick out frames that best fit their face shape and angle

Run insurance if member wants to use insurance

Open optical dept by making sure we have our tilts ready and everything is open and unlocked for member readiness

Place frame orders if not in our location but in another location or lab.

Handle cash and card transactions

I do cleanings , programmings , pick ups, great member service , make appointments, problem solving when patient has issues with hearing aids , speak to manufacturers if needed , place orders for supplies , make sure we have our supplies in stock , scan our paperwork into the system and make sure to listen to members feedback and concerns .
