• Take dawn the entire building, striping every room, removing the services and putting them in order to reuse in other buildings.
• In the warehouse we unbox everything new that the room has and we organize it in boxes to distribute in each of the rooms when opening the building.
• After opening the building, we clean each room and prepare it for the entry of the guests.

• Transport cast members from the base to the resort.

• How to classify each lost and found item in the corresponding containers.
• Open a file with the description of the item, the date it was found, the room number, or any additional information.
• Check the system to see if any found items match any reported lost items, inform the guest that they were found, and send the items to the address indicated by the guest.
• Receive information about rooms where service was refused, or returned later to reschedule the service.

• Make the budget for the necessary purchases for each hotel, and send it for review and approval.
• Make the purchase orders.
• Receive the delivery of the purchases, organize it, and then make the delivery to each hotel.
• Supervise the organization and distribution of the articles within the warehouse.
