As a beverage cart girl, I had a variety of important roles. I greeted guests in a friendly manner, I restocked the cart to ensure that everything was readily available, and I was able to learn sales skills/techniques by talking to customers about items on the menu. Additionally, I maintained an organized cart, worked effectively during high-demand hours, and utilized strong communication skills to relay important information between golf course staff members as needed. I was also responsible for reconciling the cash drawer, ensuring that all transactions were accounted for and accurate.

I cleaned golf carts and prepared them for the following players. Additionally, I collected golf balls from the range and set up baskets for the golfers. I had the opportunity to talk to many people and assist them. I also worked with the pro shop staff to ensure smooth communication regarding golfer reservations, tournaments, and any extra maintenance responsibilities they needed me to do.

As a hostess, I greeted customers, showed them to their tables, cleaned other tables, and rolled silverware. As a food runner, I took orders to people's tables, ensured the kitchen staff made the correct order, and got tables and anything else they needed. This helped me Demonstrate strong multitasking skills, balancing responsibilities such as seating guests, greeting guests, ensuring I sat the servers fairly, and keeping tables open and clean as people left.
