State wide call center- Placed individuals on Medicaid registry for home health care which included an interview, update of registry or status inquiry. Provided long-term care counseling and resources, Medicaid/ Medicare counseling, completed lengthy/detailed Medicare comparison plans with customer over the phone, mailed resources and Medicare plans to customer, assisted Department of Health with registration and scheduling of Covid-19 Booster appointments, and assisted with walk-in's.

Determine eligibility for the following: Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/Food stamps), Energy Assistance, and temporary cash assistance.

Duties include reviewing/processing applications, conducting interviews, customer service, state-wide call center, Medicaid off-site contractor at St. Vincent's Hospital and administrative work.
