I have been in the Vehicle Service side of the dealership for going on 6 years now. Started off as a porter at Rusty Wallace Kia and I actually loved it until it got super hot or really cold. Applied for BDC position and was there for 2 years until I saw my current position at Harper was available and I applied and started 3 months later. I have been scheduling for Jam, Porsche and also frequently help with Acura and would be more than open to learning the others as well. I am a team player, I am not seeking this position to just go in and bulldoze something that is already perfect. We have a great foundation. We have a great group of people and the service advisors are amazing! Service managers are attentive so the one change we have to apply is to form and maintain those connections have more communication and follow the rules pertaining to scheduling that are already in place.
