I have been playing guitar since I was in the 8th grade. My uncle was in a band and gave me the acoustic guitar he loved. I had to learn through YouTube by asking him to help me and having him mentor me through the process. I have been traveling since I was a little kid. My dad was in the military, so I have been all over the country, and my next goal is to travel outside the country for the first time in my life! My love for reading has been instilled in me since I was a little kid, and my favorite book of all time is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. I have been playing chess since I was four. My grandfather taught me how to play chess, one of the many ways we have bonded over the years.
